Our fabulous AAP online course is the ideal choice for the bronze, silver or gold SKILLS section of the Duke Of Edinburgh Award. Filmed on location at Chalet Pomet, our cookery school in the French Alps, you will feel like you have been transported to the mountains while learning how to cook and present delicious food for your family and friends. The easy to follow written instruction and video tutorials are delivered by our cookery school tutors, Sally and Oli and come complete with recipe cards, and a task to complete for each module. Upon completion of this three month course, we will issue an assessors report and if you wish you can move onto level 2 which is a further three month course to fulfil the Skills section requirements of the Gold Award. The level 2 course will build on the cookery skills you have developed in level 1.
